Help Us Build a Better Way to Manage Clients

Traination is selecting 10–12 working personal trainers to test our new coaching platform before its public launch.

Good coaching is getting lost between too many tools.

Trainers pay for coaching software and still piece together workouts, messages, check-ins, progress notes and follow-up across several places.

The problem is not a lack of features. It is a broken daily workflow. Traination is being built to give smaller coaching businesses one dependable place to see what a client needs next.

The problem with current fitness software

Most platforms are too complicated, with bloated features that look impressive but are confusing clients, and creating more work for trainers. That’s why we need your help, to build a tool you will actually use to manage clients, follow up at the right time and keep them longer.

How the Beta Program Works

We're opening the door to 10–12 trainers who would like free access to the Traination software in exchange for honest feedback and testimonials at the end of the beta program.

Your feedback will directly contribute to shaping Traination's features and future updates. You will also be named as one of Traination's Founding Trainers and receive a spotlight feature in the Traination Journal, plus shoutouts on social media.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Traination already finished?

No. Traination is a pre-launch product, and some parts will change during the program. The beta exists so real coaching work, not guesses, can guide what we improve before launch.

How much time will testing require?

Plan for your normal client coaching time plus a short weekly mission and feedback check-in. We will confirm the expected schedule before you accept a place in the program.

Do I need to move all my clients?

No. You will test with at least five real clients, but moving your full roster is not required.

Is the beta free?

Yes. Founding Trainers receive free access for the six-week beta. There is no automatic paid conversion at the end of the program.

What happens after the beta?

We will summarize what we learned, explain what comes next and share any future access or pricing options before you make another commitment.

How will client information be protected?

Before onboarding, we will explain how beta data is handled, who can access it and how deletion requests work. Trainers should add only the information needed for testing and obtain their clients’ consent. Our Privacy Policy remains available for review.

Read the Privacy Policy
What if I encounter a bug?

Tell us directly. Bugs are expected in a beta, and reporting them is useful, not a failure on your part. We will help you find a workaround and keep you updated on important fixes.

Could you be one of our Founding Trainers?

Tell us how you coach today and where your workflow gets messy. We will review every application and contact the trainers who are the strongest fit for this six-week test.
